Kidco is a seasonal employer, employing more than 250 people during peak seasons.  We are a competitive employer and offer an excellent benefit program that is tailored to the needs of a seasonal organization.  Our work season typically starts in April and runs to the end of November or December. In this industry our work season is dependant on the weather. The majority of our projects are in Calgary and the outlying areas.
